Monument to Fr. Jakub Falkowski is located at Plac Trzech Krzyży in front of the Institute of the Deaf. It shows a bust of Fr. Jakub Falkowski (1775-1848), a priest from the Piarist Order, educator and protector of the deaf and the founder of the local Institute, located on a high pedestal. The authors of the monument are Stanisław Syposz and Ryszard Stryjecki.
